it seems that perhaps one person has not - by which i mean, that's poor xie lian, who is like buried underneath a snowdrift. the only reason you can even tell he's there is that there's a wiggly strip of fabric outside of said snowdrift that gestures upwards and then is making frantic little digging motions.

the gesture upwards shows what must have happened here - a tree branch dumped the entire contents of its snowy boughs directly on top of xie lian, because that is the kind of luck he has.

please help ruoye. or don't. just leave him there. that's fine too. ]

[ or maybe you will find xie lian - now rescued from the snow, still in his robes and looking a little wet but otherwise letting off his usual aura of peaceful warmth as he often does - perusing the snack stands! more specifically, you might see him holding a tasty looking skewer of meat in his hands, and just as he's about to take a bite...

... in typical xie lian fashion, someone bumps into him, and the skewer sails out of his hands, landing neatly in the snow. he pauses. looks down at it.

... and then slowly starts to reach to pick it up and dust it off, and goes to put it in his mouth.... ]

[ alternatively, watch xie lian martial god sidestep a honing device mistletoe. and then sidestep it again. and then again. and then again.

and then again. it's like he's dancing trying to avoid it! those of you with a fine eye for swordplay might notice he has excellent footwork. it's very graceful as he dodges out of the way of the insidious plant...

but this has been going on for like ten minutes. girl help ]
