You're hardly the only person who misses him. But... Let me tell you something I've told others:

I am a Doll. My emotions are simulated, a module installed so that humans would be more comfortable interacting with Dolls like me. My thinking is simply a set of algorithms that, in their simplest form, really just boil down to 'if this happens, then do that.'

When you think of me as less of a person and more of just a decent mimic of one, that should make it easier, correct?
