All three of us are! Nezuko isn't part of the Demon Slayer Corps, but Inosuke is. He's the wild boar. We all passed Final Selection at the same time. Somehow.

Final Selection is the exam you take to become a demon slayer! This year, there were five survivors. Since I was lucky enough to survive, I can answer any question you might have now, so don't worry about that!

Most of the candidates were around my age. I think there were about thirty of us when we started.

Shoichi's the powerful one who protected me from a demon, but I covered for him when we fell from the window! If anything like that happens while you visit, I'll protect you, too!

Yeah, I'm counting on it. I'll help out wherever I can. Bet I could hold my own against a demon or two. [ probably. ] Is Shoichi another one of the people who survived the Final Selection, or...

Shoichi's a civilian. He's not even ten years old, but he defeated a demon all on his own. He's seriously strong!
