Summer Festival in the MGU

Wherever you are, whoever you are, one minute you’re at home minding your own business and the next you’ll see a shower of sparkles before you blink and find yourself teleported elsewhere.
The elsewhere, it seems, is an open grounds lined with stalls, pathways and gardens. Lanterns light up the pathways in soft glowing oranges and pinks, and even though it’s evening the weather is warm and enjoyable for a fun summer festival.
As you set off to explore, you’ll find that there are countless stalls with every type of treat you can imagine from a variety of cultures (including some from your own home worlds, strangely), all of which smell delicious and enticing. There are other stalls available with different carnival games as well. Go ahead and give it your all! Win a prize for that special someone, or just keep trying out of sheer stubbornness. Other stalls seem to be selling wares such as clothing, household items, flowers, and other things that can be given away as gifts. It seems that every time you look around, a new stall opens, almost as if this festival is responding to your every wish.
Speaking of wishes, there’s a small cluster of bamboo trees nearby as well, tables set up with baskets of arts and crafts supplies to write your wishes on the colorful paper and tie them to a branch. It’s a sweet thought, no?
And of course, what’s a festival without fireworks? Every now and then fireworks will light up the night sky, bursts of color in fun shapes such as stars, hearts, faces of people you know, whatever! Sparklers and bubble wands can also be found to play with throughout the evening near the viewing gardens. Flowers bloom and cover the area, though the paths lead to several small alcove-like areas and gazebos for those of you who wish to have a little romantic privacy. No matter where you are though, you’ll always be able to see the starry night sky.
Do try to play along and enjoy yourself for the evening. It’s only when the last firework bursts several hours later that you can actually leave anyway. Have fun!
[ooc: you know the drill, past mg characters from any of our past games, please don't make me list them again but go nuts.]

[It's an introvert's worst nightmare!]
[Catch Mandricardo hurrying over to one of the gazebos or alcoves because you will NOT catch him in the crowd, bye, he isn't here! Let him Be Gloomy.]
[Eventually, he will creep out from his hiding place and look up at the fireworks, before pointing:]
H-Hey, that's Principal Bear!

looking around them ]
...I didn't think he came with me...?
no subject
[Looking around too!! PRINCIPAL BUSTER BEAR WHERE ARE YOU]
no subject
Bradley will approach him a little with a small plate of creampuffs. ]
Not your scene, huh?
no subject
[A sigh.]
There's a lot of people here I don't know...that's kinda nerve-wracking...
no subject
[ He hands Mandi a pastry. ]
no subject
[Takes the pastry.]
That's so much...and um. Thanks.
no subject
[ He's biased and has favorites. ]
Besides this seems light-hearted and whatever.
[ "Hello, have you recently been forced to play a part for a story's amusement?" What kinda opening is that? ]
no subject
I wonder who made it happen? Either way, nice of them, I suppose.

So it is! Wow, what a celebrity.

[But he turns, beaming wide when he sees it's Iris.]
Ah! It's good to see ya, Iris!
no subject
Hehe, it's good to see you too. I had a feeling it was you running off... So I thought I'd bring some festivities to you?
[holding up both the food and the paper!! so that mandi can also have fun and participate without dealing with the crowd]
no subject
[But it's obvious he's very touched by the gesture, bowing his head a little in thanks.]
Thank you. Wanna, um, sit somewhere?
no subject
[so easily, giving a smile back]
Of course! How's the view from the gazebo?

How am I supposed to show off my game skills if you're all the way over here. [ Holding the plate out. ]
Want to try some?
no subject
[And....WOW.]
Sure! Um. Wow. They have stuff like that here?
no subject
Stuff like this and a bunch more. Looks like whomever is running this place went all out on the types of food. If you ask nice enough, I could be convinced to fetch my King something else.
[ Grabbing the fork to stab a strawberry and offer it over ]
no subject
[But he'll lean forward to bite the strawberry off!]
no subject
[ Getting some of the funnel cake with the next strawberry to hold up to him. ]
Just as a husband should be caring for their wife. [ Giving a wink ]

Of course Bedivere is going to follow after Mandi. No being gloomy, not when friends/allies/'we serve the same Master probably so team Ritsuka go' are about.]
I didn't think you would be one for such festivities. How did you find yourself out here?
no subject
Uh....well. Just sort of wandered until I found a quiet place? They have some gazebos out here, so I wanted to check them out...
no subject
Ahh, I see. Too much noise in the main stretch?
[He's understanding at least?]
no subject
Yeah, you could say that. And there's so many people here I don't know...
