Jingle Mingle...2

Some of you may be used to this by now. For some of you, this may be your very first time being swept away in a flurry of snowflakes. (Though some of you may have been particularly naughty and were shoved into a burlap sack before disappearing into the storm.) As usual, it seems as though the time for bloodshed has passed and when you open your eyes you're greeted with...

...a ski lodge.

Worry not! This isn't the lodge Krampus had taken residence in but it's a rather large and cozy getaway. You may even find that your clothes have changed into something holiday-appropriate for the occasion. It seems as though someone has gone around decking the halls with boughs of holly, lights strewn along the walls, Christmas trees in large corners, and plenty of food and drink to go around. (Yes, this includes alcohol. Please do try to be responsible though, hm?)

Similarly, some of you may recognize the frosty patterns that lightly dust the walls and surfaces and the usual staff and their assistants are back in action. Should you require anything, you may ask one of them and they'll be at your service!

The lodge has plenty of rooms filled with furniture, fireplaces, games and more. And for those of you feeling a little more adventurous, you may venture outdoors. To the left there's a sprawling garden with gazebos, firepits, flowers and lit topiary displays. To the right, you may follow the path down to a hot spring. And straight ahead? There's the path leading you right to a rental shack holding skis, snowboards and snow mobiles.

This almost seems...quaint, doesn't it? And perhaps it's a little too easy, but you should know by now everything comes with a price.

Sprigs of mistletoe are pinned up in every doorway once again, bright red bows and dustings of frost lingering around them. Don't try to escape to the outdoors to avoid it! Ice sculptures appear in every direction each decorated with the mystical plant. You could try to avoid it, really, but avoiding it too long will earn a chilly breath of air directly in your ear as you're pushed straight into the nearest person. Wouldn't you rather choose on your own?

Well! The choice is yours, and you might want to make it fast. There's no way out without paying the kiss tax, after all.

[Wherever your character is, they're about to get a big snowball- so big Rin has to use both hands to lift it- absolutely dunked on them.

Or if you want to watch Rin throw snow at someone else, that's possible too. If you're just an observer, you might see a grey-haired priest with round glasses partially hiding nearby, watching Rin cause chaos while he smiles warmly.]

So you want to start a snowball fight!?

[That's a yes.

He's already gathering up more snow.]

[Revali bats away the snowball with a wing, launching it far away. He glares at Rin]

You are aware attacking someone only deserves retaliation, don't you?

[That's definitely a warning. It wouldn't be too hard to drag Revali into a snowball fight, really -- it wouldn't be the first time he's led into such things if only because hey, he's one to want to defeat other people]

Duh, that's the whole point!

[His master plan: instigate snowball fights.

He's already scooping up more snow btw]

[Revali definitely sees him scooping more snow. Oh, for the love of--]

This is your last warning: throw that and you'll be soundly defeated.

[It's a futile warning, isn't it]

Hmm...nah, I think you're all talk.

[Is that said to work Revali up and get him to have a snowball fight? Yes, it totally is.

By the way here cones another, more normal-sized snowball.]

[For some reason Revali doesn't move nor tries to bat away the snowball, hitting him right on the chest. He was definitely looking for an excuse to do this. Later he'd think about how he should stop being dragged into childish fights by the likes of Flat and Rin, but right now? Yeah, he's in]

I warned you.

[Suddenly, winds pick up, potent updrafts lifting a lot of snow up a couple meters in the air, in an arc towards Rin. Is it cheating to use wind magic to launch as much snow as possible onto the opponent? Probably! But it doesn't stop Revali anyway!

Revali, those aren't even snowballs, you're just tossing snow at Rin]

Okumura-kun, what gives?!

[You get a son!]

Hey Shima! Guess what!

[It's not more snow but he definitely is ready to grab some when he's ready to dunk on Shima more.]

You decided to get places cold that weren't meant to get cold?

[ he sees that is getting ready to grab some snow on his own ]

Well there's that too, but this is even more important: I'm not single anymore.

[It is the most important thing that he has a boyfriend AND a girlfriend and he's going to brag about it to Shima.

And also his snowball is ready.]

[ she's definitely going to be more of an observer so hello shiro. she'll just be laughing at whatever chaos rin is or is not starting with his snowball. ]

[He is causing so much chaos. But Shiro will give Kururu a friendly wave before holding up a finger in a 'shhh' motion. Don't let Rin know he's here!]

[ of course he is and love that neither one of them are going to stop it, but she'll give a wave back and walk closer to him. ]

Not going to say "hello"?

Nah, I don't think him or Yukio would take seeing me that well.

[Someone is aware of his own future death, hi.]

Just seeing them is enough for me. They've grown so much.

[Spike didn't realize he was being talked to and now suddenly a snowball collides with his head.]

Et tu, Rin?

[aono]

[Rin is grinning.]

C'mon, you can't have all this snow without a snowball fight.

[bloodyromance]

Solid point.

[And now he's scooping up a snowball of his own to lob at Rin's head. Using his vampiric reflexes, too. This is a superpowered snowball fight now.]

[aono]

[Rin's got super-strength and super-speed too, so this is going to be a hell of a snowball fight. Rin is laughing and ducking, so the snowball bounces off the top of his head instead of hitting him in the face. Then he's scooping up some snow to make a snowball of his own and throw it at Spike.]

[sheba doesn't dodge.

she does, however, just - vanish into thin air? the big, gigantic snowball hits the ground and splits apart.


a second later, several snowballs seem to launch themselves at him from behind. sheba flickers into view after they get moving, though, so she probably had something to do with that.]

What?

[That's all Rin can get out in confusion at seeing Sheba seemingly vanish.

And then he's pelted by snowballs and screams as he tries to cover his head with his arms to protect it but he is at Sheba's mercy for the moment.]

[she didn't expect that to work so well.

rin will have a brief reprieve as she doesn't press her advantage because she's too busy laughing.]

[In that moment of reprieve he's going to try to tackle her into a snow drift.]

[ There's a dramatic gasp when Rin absolutely dunks him with snow and he goes down dramatically. ]

Y-You got me...!
